Hello Summer! It’s 104* today so I’m staying inside as much as possible. And my poor little garden isn’t doing so well. Kinda Scraggily this year.

Change your gut/digestion/assimilation
You can do this by:
- 15-20 min before you eat, eat or drink something fermented like apple cider vinegar, sauerkraut, homemade pickles, lemon
- Relax before you eat
- No phones/tech during a meal
- No liquids. Chew your food 30 X until it’s liquid
- Use NSP supplements like Food Enzymes, Aloe Vera, Chlorophyll, Ginger, Slippery Elm, Peppermint oil, B vitamins, METHYL COMBO, Berberine.
- Do you have acid in the throat? No anti-acids. Makes it worse in long run. Use Stomach Comfort for immediate relief, but follow the above steps to prevent acid.
- Take lots and tons of Probiotics like Acidophilus, Bifidophilus, Flora Force, Probiotic Eleven, Liquid Chlorophyll, or NutriBiome, before a meal, with a meal, before bedtime, first thing in AM, just gets in 10-20 pills a day if you can.
- Keep your gallbladder. If you get it removed your liver still produces gall, it just has no where to store it so it releases it into the stomach continuously causing nausea and can burn the small intestines. Gall is important for digestion. Without it, don’t bother to take Omega 3 without digestive supplementation. You can’t digest it properly. 10 years without a gallbladder, can affects nerves, brain, cause fibro myalgia, depression and anxiety.
- Eat smaller meals every few hours.
- Surprisingly it's recommended to eat less protein unless it's legumes, beans or peas. Heavy protein is one of the hardest things to digest esp pork, then beef, then chicken, turkey and fish. Try to limit these to earlier in the day and smaller portions.
