Steven Horne is one of the favorites, when it comes to knowledge of the "herbal world"
I have linked his you tube channel, in case you want to watch, for more information.

Psycology world put's it this way. THIS was good enough to pass along.
1. Control What You Can
Plan your day — Make a short to-do list with priorities, not a long overwhelming one.
2. Reduce Stress Inputs
Limit negative news & social media
3. Strengthen Your Body
Sleep well — 7–9 hours if possible, same bedtime daily.
Exercise — Even 15 min walking, stretching, or push-ups releases stress hormones.
Eat balanced — Avoid too much sugar & caffeine, which spike and crash your mood.
4. Calm Your Mind
Breathing exercises — Inhale 4 sec, hold 4, exhale 6–8 sec. Repeat 5 times.
Prayer — Gives mental stillness and clarity.
Journaling — Writing worries down helps release them from your head.
5. Keep Perspective
Focus on what you can control — Worrying about the rest wastes energy.
Don’t aim for perfection — Progress is better than perfection.
Practice gratitude — List 3 good things each day to shift your focus from problems to blessings.

6. Remember
Natures Sunshine has several products that can help you from getting STRESSED & FRAZZLED this season. Below is a sweet list for you.
Valerian has been used for many centuries to calm nervous disorders. It slows the action of the heart. It stinks like dirty socks, and works wonders!!
I found out about herbs from my mother-in-law, Corinna Billings.
When I met my husband (her oldest son, Rick), not long after we had been dating, I came down with the flu. He asked if I would be willing to try herbs to help me get over the flu. I said I would be willing to try them.
It definitely shortened the time it took me to recover. From that point on, I tried various herbs for different things. My mother-in-law used Nature’s Sunshine herbs and after using them then trying other brands, I felt NSP herbs were superior to other brands.
My journey with herbs really got started when I was having issues with anxiety. I had been using a very addictive medication to treat the anxiety.
I came to realize that I didn’t want to be dependent on this medication because of that. So I researched what herbs I could use. I discovered catnip was good for that. I tried it and never looked back.
At first I thought it was odd that catnip could be calming but it has worked wonders for me.
It is hard to narrow down to one favorite herb. I have several. Catnip, of course. But then there’s hawthorn, Silver Shield, Bronchial Formula, and Elderberry Defense just to name a few.
Our family reaches for herbs first rather than OTC medications for things like headaches, sinus troubles and when we feel like we are coming down with something, we reach for all our favorites:
Silver Shield, Elderberry Defense, Immune Stimulator. I know for certain herbs kept us from being sick during the pandemic.
