Lil bit of Notes for May 2023

Howdy, from Texas.

home grown garden; tomatoes;

My gardens are growing with lots of nice blooms and we’ve had rain pretty often so as a person who loves fresh garden produce I’m a happy camper.

I don’t think I’ve ever had such sturdy tomato stalks before so I’m hoping and praying for a bumper crop of vine ripened tomatoes to share with everyone who comes to see me plus all I can eat which is substantial when they are picked fresh and warm. Yum.

brain; memory; focus; nature's sunshine brain protex formula

By the time you get this newsletter Mother’s Day will be over so here’s hoping you made your Mom feel loved.

Take advantage of telling her how special she is no matter how many flaws and failures she has.  You probably have some just like her.  Send her some brain herbs like Brain Protex since we all can use more focus.

Testimonials & misc. News

bladder; incontinence; UTI

I don’t know if I’m just getting older or if I’ve always been prone to kidney/bladder issues, but it’s a constant battle to keep a UTI at bay with VSC. My sister told me she loves Cornsilk for the urinary tract so I ordered some.  In two days I could tell the difference!

family; hugging; joy; wedding reception

I've had so many adventures since last newsletter my heart is full of joy.

Family is important to me and since there's quite a few of us scattered around we so we cherish the times we can gather and enjoy each other.

We’ve had two weddings, an engagement, and a funeral so I’ve hugged hundreds.

My Immune System is humming right along. Hugging is Healthy.

Pictured is one of the weddings my family was involved with. Tonya’s husband preached one and her son preached this one of Ryan and Dr. Paige Boatner.

memories; hunting; man holding shotgun and other man holding baby

I love this picture of my brother Ken holding Landen (who is now in the Navy) and my Daddy who served in the armed services.

Daddy is wearing a coat he always wore deer hunting given to him by another vet, Kenneth.

Thank you Veterans!

Don Quai oh the benefits! Pronounced “don kwy,” it is considered the queen of herbs by the Chinese and is China’s most popular herb for women. Chinese physicians use dong quai to enrich the blood, promote circulation, regulate menstruation, calm nerves and soothe the intestines.
