I miss my Momma. I was privileged to take care of her the last 5 years of her life and I wouldn’t trade those days for anything. She was a shining example of how much prayer, good living, and herbs make a difference according to all her doctors. She wrote two books in her 70’s-80’s and raised 7 children born at home. WOW. What a strong woman.

It’s one of my true joys to teach the next generation about herbs. After 40 years taking every class I could, watching YouTube videos, reading countless books, I’ve fallen deeper in love with Herbology, the study of herbs. According to scripture they were made for our “meat” which means fuel and sustenance. I’m blessed at 66 to have never had a shot, taken any medicine, been in an ER or had a surgery. I give God all the glory. Praying, taking care of my body, asking for wisdom daily, & taking lots of herbs, is my secret.
I hope your Spring has been good for you. It’s like a new beginning for me. I try to detox and get outside a lot more, soak up some sunshine with it’s natural Vit D and Melatonin. I’m excited about my garden this year. My 4 garden boxes are filled with good dirt and I planted a lot less so each plant had a chance to produce good healthy fruit like TOMATOES! Can’t find those in any grocery store either.
