Spring has Sprung & Easter Celebrates LIFE

Hello Sunshine Drops!

Spring is just around the corner and Easter is coming early this year.

So I had to make a decision which theme I would decorate my front porch with.

Do you like it? My sister's carousel horse loves to be all prettied up.

It’s garden time again and I’ve not been motivated yet to tackle the winter neglect. However I know come harvest time I’ll be missing my tomatoes, peppers, greens and other assorted goodies.

A study in the Journal of Research in Medical Sciences attempted to see if supplementing with co-enzyme Q10 (CoQ10) would improve diabetics' blood sugar control.

Diabetic women were given eiter 100 mg of CoQ10 or placebo for 12 weeks, and at the end of the study, the blood presure was reduced in the CoQ10-treated group, compared to the placebo group.

Fasting blood sugar was also lower in those who took CoQ10, and lastly, insulin sensitivity was improved in the CoQ10 group.

Happy Eclipse to all my Lil Sunshine Drops… I hope you enjoyed the Moon and Sun crossing over. I had forgotten all about it until it got realy dark outside. I stepped outside to see if a storm was headed my way and remembered so I ran back in and grabbed by glasses supplied by the Library. It was cool! First one I’ve actually caught in action. We have a great big wonderful Creator!
